Real Estate License

No real estate license is required for interviewing; however it will be required for hiring and commencement of sales training. If you do not have your real estate license yet, give us a call. We can help you identify local schools which offer the pre-licensing course. And provide you with a free website.

Compensation

There is no limit to the amount of income that you can earn! Compensation is based on commission, so you will not be held back by subjective evaluations and set annual raises. Also, we offer a stepped commission plan so the faster your production goes up the faster your commission rate goes up. You will have full control over your earning potential and over your career.
